Notes about the quiz
You will now be asked a series of question, you must select yes or no.
Once you have completed the quiz you can check your results. To pass you must answer at least 12/21 of the questions correctly. If you are successful in achieving the minimum required grade you may move to the finishing up page and complete the course. If you do not receive the required grade you will have to retake the quiz before moving on.
